Approved Establishment

Fallow was founded in 2019 by the chefs Jack Croft and Will Murray with James Robson, and moved into its permanent home on Haymarket in November 2021. It is known for sustainable British cooking that uses the whole animal and the whole vegetable.

The Fallow Full brings together smoked bacon, black pudding, sausage, herbed mushrooms, fried eggs, tomatoes and sourdough toast, cooked with St Ewe Rich Yolk eggs.

Breakfast is served on weekday mornings, with brunch on Saturdays. The restaurant takes its name from the farming practice of leaving land unsown so that it can recover.
