Terry's Café

Great Suffolk Street, Southwark, London

Bacon, Cumberland sausage, beans and chips on a Terry's Café plate, Southwark, London

Terry's Café opened on Great Suffolk Street in 1982 and has been on the same site ever since. It is now run by Austin, the son of its founder Terry, who has kept the fry-ups traditional.

The full house is The Works: Cumberland sausage, fried egg, bacon, bubble and squeak, black pudding, baked beans, tomatoes and mushrooms.

Breakfast is served every day from 7.30am. The café names Monmouth Coffee, St John Bakery and Davies Bakery in Bermondsey among its suppliers, with meat from Smithfield.
